Here to show you how to achieve success without the sacrifice
I’m Will Taylor, a business life coach with over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist & coach. My work is about helping entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals harmonise the different aspects of their identity, whether it's their leadership style, their personal relationships, or the parts of themselves they haven't fully explored.
I specialise in helping people understand the unconscious beliefs and fears that drive their decisions.
My approach is rooted in the idea that success isn’t just about scaling a business—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, your family, and the vision that truly excites you.
I also work extensively with neurodivergent entrepreneurs and professionals, helping them navigate the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent traits in leadership and business.
Coaching at the Intersection of Psychology and Business unlike traditional coaching, I don’t just focus on surface-level strategies or mindset hacks. My background allows me to work with the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
At the same time, I don’t get lost in theory.
My approach is straight-talking, practical, and accessible. No jargon, no fluff.
Just honest conversations that lead to real change.
Whether you’re struggling with burnout, self-sabotage, or feeling disconnected from your work, I help you gain clarity, integrate the different aspects of yourself, and make meaningful decisions, so you can thrive in both business and life.
Deep Expertise in Neurodiversity & Leadership
I have a strong understanding of neurodiversity in leadership and entrepreneurship, having worked as an Access to Work coach for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
In this role, I’ve supported neurodivergent professionals in:
✔️Understanding their unique strengths and how to use them in business.
✔️Navigating workplace challenges like executive dysfunction, sensory overload, and social communication differences.
✔️Developing sustainable work habits that align with their brain’s natural rhythm.
✔️Advocating for adjustments and accommodations that enable them to work effectively without masking or burning out.
I know firsthand that traditional leadership advice doesn’t always fit neurodivergent minds, so my approach is tailored, strengths-based, and focused on self-acceptance rather than forcing people to fit into a neurotypical mould.
Many of my clients are highly successful entrepreneurs who mask their struggles well but feel internally drained, overstimulated, or stuck in cycles of burnout.
I help them understand how their brains work, break free from limiting beliefs, and create businesses that support their true way of thinking, working, and thriving.
How I Got Into This Work
For over 15 years, I worked as a psychotherapist, helping people untangle their personal struggles, relationships, and internal conflicts. Over time, I noticed a pattern: Entrepreneurs and business leaders were coming to me with deep personal struggles that were affecting their leadership, creativity, and relationships. Neurodivergent professionals were facing burnout—not because they weren’t capable, but because they were forcing themselves to work in ways that didn’t suit them.
Many of my clients were stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or procrastination, driven by unconscious beliefs about how they should operate. I realised that business coaching alone didn’t address these deeper struggles, and therapy alone didn’t always give people the tools to move forward. So, I built a hybrid approach, combining the self-awareness of therapy with the action-oriented mindset of coaching.
Now, I help people break free from old patterns, work in alignment with their natural strengths, and rediscover the excitement they once had for their business and relationships.
