Welcome to Your Access to Work Coaching Journey
For neurodivergent founders and self-employed people who want to run their business their own way
If you've got Access to Work funding for coaching, this is a space to use it well.
You're running a business, or working towards it, and you've got a brain that works in its own way. A lot of advice assumes those two things pull against each other. I don't see it like that. My job is to help you build a business and a working life that fit how you actually think, rather than asking you to bend yourself around someone else's idea of how work is supposed to look.
You get to decide what your business looks like. I help you get there.
How I can help
We focus on whatever would make the biggest difference to you. That often includes:
Setting up the day-to-day so it works with your brain, not against it. Planning, prioritising, admin, and the tasks that quietly drain you.
Deciding how you actually want your business to run. Your hours, your workload, your clients, the way you communicate, and having a real say over all of it.
Strategies for the parts that are genuinely hard. Whether that's starting tasks, switching between things, keeping track of time, or the exhaustion of masking all day.
Building in rest and recovery, so you're not running on empty and heading for burnout.
Working from your strengths, rather than spending all your energy patching the bits you find difficult.
This is therapeutic coaching, which means we look at both the practical side and what's going on underneath it. The two are usually connected.
What to expect from the first call
The discovery call is 60 minutes. There's nothing to prepare, and no obligation to carry on afterwards.
We'll talk about what running your business is like for you right now, what's working, what's draining, and what you'd like to be different. I'll explain how I work, so you know exactly what coaching with me would involve. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether it feels like a fit. If it isn't, that's completely fine, and I'm happy to point you towards something more useful.
